Requirements

Must:
- Proven senior experience: I seek candidates with a strong track record as a Business Analyst, (Operations) Consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment. The ability to connect data, identify trends, and create strategic recommendations is crucial. - CVM experience: Deep expertise in Customer Value Management, loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact is required. - Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels. - Collaborative energy: Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively align and collaborate with stakeholders from different cultural and organizational contexts. - Hands-on and pragmatic mindset: I value proactive problem-solvers who are willing to dive in, get things done, and stay open to new trends. - Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

- Strategic partner to regional markets: I expect you to act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, aligning on strategic priorities, interpreting market dynamics, and steering initiatives with measurable commercial and customer impact. - Shape CVM evolution: You will define and advance the vision for Customer Value Management by driving a holistic customer perspective and enabling market-wide personalization strategies. - Embed a value-driven mindset: Collaborating with teams across markets, you will make business decisions based on customer value. - Optimize business processes: Assessing and challenging existing regional processes, you will identify structural drivers of customer value and implement improvements that deliver sustainable results. - Track performance and impact: You will build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both commercial results and customer experience impact. - Accelerate best practices: Institutionalizing learnings and proven approaches across regions will be part of your role, accelerating adoption and maximizing impact through effective stakeholder management.
