Requirements
Must:
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministrator, IT-Systemtechniker oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und Netzwerken
- Erfahrung mit DMS / ECM / DocuWare von Vorteil
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Führerschein Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Einführung und Betreuung von Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen (DMS) wie DocuWare
- Installation und Konfiguration der Lösungen in Windows-Server-Umgebungen
- Integration in Active Directory, Netzwerke und bestehende IT-Systeme
- Analyse und Optimierung von Dokumenten-Workflows
- Technische Projektbegleitung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- Remote-Support sowie gelegentliche Kundentermine
- Schulung von Anwendern
