Requirements
Must:
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Full-Stack-Entwicklung, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf Java/JVM-Backends
- Erfahrung in der technischen FĂĽhrung oder Mentoring von Entwicklungsteams
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Architekturmustern, verteilten Systemen und Enterprise SaaS
- Erfahrung mit SPAs — React oder Angular
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1+) für die Kundenkommunikation; gutes Englisch für die tägliche Teamarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, über Funktionsbereiche hinweg zu arbeiten
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Pharma-, Life-Science- oder CRM-Branche
Responsibilities
- Aktive Entwicklung auf einer komplexen Java/JVM-Plattform
- Verantwortlich fĂĽr Architekturentscheidungen und Abstimmungen mit Product und Delivery
- Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden, inklusive Erklärungen zur Systemarchitektur
- UnterstĂĽtzung und Mentoring von Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwicklern
- Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Auslieferung neuer Features
- Technischen und organisatorischen Einfluss in der Softwareentwicklung behalten
