In this role, you will operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations). You will handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution times. It will be your responsibility to ensure the availability of critical applications and components. You will report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment. Additionally, you will support debugging at the source-code level and contribute to testing activities. Close collaboration with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support further application development will also be a key part of your role.
