Anforderungen
Muss:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Marketing
- Fluent knowledge of English and German; an additional European language is desired but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt priorities
- Passion for continuous learning and openness to feedback
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Shape and communicate product strategies using insights and market analysis together with the Lead of Product Management
- Align product roadmaps with business goals and support timely launches in collaboration with the program engineer
- Contribute to new product development and ongoing improvements
- Translate features into customer value and write clear user stories for both internal and external purposes
- Collaborate on go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams
- Support pricing, marketing, and the execution of product timelines
- Use data to monitor trends and drive informed decisions
- Stay current through learning and contribute to team projects

In this role, you will define product strategy and drive the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across the European Market for our brands Chamberlain and LiftMaster. This position is based in our Saarbruecken office and will report to the future Product Management Lead.
