Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience: 5 years as a Business Analyst, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in a B2C, multi-market, or eCommerce environment.
- Channel expertise: Deep understanding of digital and direct sales channels, with hands-on experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.
- Analytical mindset: Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and deriving strategic insights.
- Collaborative spirit: Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Clear communicator: Skilled in presenting complex insights in a compelling and actionable way.
- Languages: Fluent in English & German. Other European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead channel performance analysis: Dive deep into digital and direct sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and shape actionable strategies.
- Drive eCommerce excellence: Apply your experience in eCommerce to enhance our digital sales funnel, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
- Bridge strategy and execution: Collaborate with regional and central teams to align on priorities, translate insights into initiatives, and ensure successful implementation.
- Optimize channel mix: Evaluate the effectiveness of different sales channels and support decisions on investment, scaling, and innovation.
- Enable data-driven decisions: Develop and manage KPIs that reflect both commercial impact and customer experience across channels.
- Champion best practices: Share learnings across markets to accelerate adoption of successful digital and direct channel strategies.
