Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of consulting experience in digital or AI-related transformation topics; candidates with consulting backgrounds are strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years of relevant industry experience; 4-6+ years preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, digital transformation narratives, agentic AI platforms, apps, ecosystems, market trends, use cases, and enabling technologies/data/algorithms.
- Familiarity with software development projects, particularly those using Agile methodologies, is beneficial to understand the complexity of technological development and adoption.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL) is not required but beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's TDA Practice Area, I will work in a growing global team, engaging in several fast-growing topics, such as (Gen)AI, Agentic AI, and digital transformation. I will help shape our offerings and collaborate directly with case and proposal teams by providing expert advisory, analysis, and digital, tech, and GenAI insights. My role will also involve supporting commercialization efforts for the topic/sector in conjunction with business leaders, contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, AI demos, and marketing materials related to (Gen)AI and digital transformation. Additionally, I will contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on my topic/sector expertise.
