Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrungen in der Administration sowie im IT-Support von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen von Microsoft oder Linux von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlichkeit für die Entgegennahme, Qualifikation und Erfassung sämtlicher Anfragen und Meldungen von Usern im IT-Support
- Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und Client-Server-Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt User-Support vor Ort und per Remote
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Systemen und neuer Hardware sowie deren Administration
- Steuerung sowie Bearbeitung von Incident-Tickets
