Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder Studium im Bereich Informatik
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Serverumfeld, Virtualisierungstechnologie, Backup, Storage, Microsoft Exchange und Office 365
- Gute IT-Netzwerk- und Firewall-Kenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten IT-Lösungen auf die jeweiligen Kundenbedürfnisse
- Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Technische Betreuung von Bestands- und möglichen Neukunden
- Wartung und Pflege von IT-Infrastrukturen
- Fehlersuche und Verbesserung von IT-Infrastrukturen
- IT-Support für unsere Kunden
