Requirements
Must:
- You should have experience in monitoring technical infrastructure within data centers.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance measures is essential to avoid technical faults and system failures.
- Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and the ability to ensure adherence to them is crucial.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and best practices in accordance with defined processes is a must.
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and suppliers is required.

Responsibilities
- Your main task will be to continuously monitor the technical infrastructure of the data center to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- You will carry out preventive maintenance measures to prevent technical faults and system failures.
- You will ensure that the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed with customers are always adhered to.
- You will ensure that all internal procedures are carried out in accordance with defined processes and in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- You will be responsible for coordinating external service providers and suppliers and monitor their activities directly on site.
