Intern in Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Welcome to Allianz! We are looking for an Intern in Business Transformation for our modern and innovative location in München Schwabing. As an intern in the Transformation Office, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, digitalization, and process optimization across Allianz. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. The project is entering an exciting kick-off phase, giving you the unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a global build initiative. You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Business Owner in the payments and collections area, contributing to project coordination, preparation of deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decision-making, innovative solution development, and the end-to-end lifecycle of a global product launch.
