Requirements
Must:
- Solide Programmierkenntnisse (Python, JavaScript o.ä.)
- Erfahrung mit Vibe Coding und AI-gestützter Entwicklung (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Gutes Verständnis von REST APIs - integrieren, debuggen, dokumentieren
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von AI Agents oder autonomen Systemen
- Erfahrung mit Low-Code-Tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier o.ä.)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2)
- Bereitschaft zu 3-4 Tagen Office in Hamburg
- Gute Beer-Pong-Skills würden uns auch weiterhelfen
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung von AI Agents, die komplexe Geschäftsprozesse autonom abarbeiten
- Analyse und Abbildung von Workflows in automatisierte Systeme
- Steigerung des Automatisierungsgrads. Ziel: über 50% automatisch beantwortete Mails
- Entwicklung und Management von AI- und Low-Code-Lösungen mit Make.com, n8n und ähnlichen Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Transport Management, Product und Engineering
