Must:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software/data engineering, or a related subject, or equivalent business experience • Minimum of 7+ years professional experience in data, analytics or a related subject area, including a strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) • A proven track record in solution architecture design and implementation of data-centric, machine learning-based systems across the full lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring) • Expertise in cloud environments such as Azure, Google Cloud or AWS • Excellent technical understanding for catering to non-functional requirements including query performance, data quality, machine learning model performance and security • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience (including senior stakeholders) for effective sales activities and customer engagements • A high capacity for abstraction, to independently perform in ambiguous and flexible environments, and excellent problem-solving abilities The following skills and experience would also be an asset: • Gen-AI / LLMs: e.g. Open-AI, Gemini • Data Platform tools: e.g. Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Synapse, Apache Spark • BI tools: e.g. Tableau, Power BI • DevOps tools: e.g. CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps • Experience in modern data architectures: lakehouse, data warehousing, OLTP/OLAP • Data modeling skills: dimensional, normalized, and NoSQL • Networking and Security: Proficiency in networking principles and securing data-centric systems, especially in cloud environments • Programming Languages: e.g. Python, Java, Scala, SQL • Airline Domain Expertise
