Requirements
Must:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the organization and further development of IT structures, ideally in a management position
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, application landscapes, and IT security
- Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic action and confident project management
- Experience in motivating teams and supporting change processes
- High level of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the IT strategy with responsibility for all operational IT areas
- Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the IT team
- Ensuring stable, secure, and future-proof IT operations (infrastructure, applications, IT security)
- Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects and digitization initiatives
- Further developing the IT architecture and actively optimizing business processes
- Selection, management, and control of external service providers and partners with decision-making authority within the framework of the corporate strategy. Ensuring compliance with data protection and security requirements.
