Requirements
Must:

- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Knowledge of network and IT security and data protection.
- Familiarity with Microsoft server products including Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange Online.
- Initial experience with Linux server operating systems is desirable.
- Ability to work in a team, user-oriented thinking, careful and independent working methods, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken German (at least level B2/C1) to ensure smooth communication within the department.
- Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities
- Support our users in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Manage access and authorizations (MS Active Directory/Microsoft 365).
- Perform patch management (WSUS).
- Oversee client and server management (Windows 10, 11 / Windows Server 2016, 2019 Hyper-V / Ubuntu Server).
- Configure and maintain our monitoring system.
- Optimize and document processes in the IT infrastructure, as well as plan, implement, and configure new IT solutions.
