Requirements
Must:
- Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Fundiertes Wissen in Windows, Netzwerken, Office365, Hardware & Software
- Du sprichst fließend IT – aber auch mit echten Menschen kannst du kommunizieren
- Lösungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative & ein kühler Kopf, auch wenns mal brennt
Responsibilities
- Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
- Remote-Fehlerdiagnose an Clients, Servern, Software oder Netzwerkkomponenten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Development, Systemadministration
- Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbank
- Unterstützung bei Updates und IT-Projekten
- Eintauchen in SQL: für Datenbank-Anpassungen, -Abfragen und -Auswertungen
- Eintauchen in Software-Development: Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems
