Must:
- 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung mit den Tools von Atlassian (Admin oder Consultant)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Workflows
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Custom Fields
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Permissions
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Automations
- Analytisches Denken
- Freude an Prozessoptimierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Erste Atlassian Zertifizierungen (nice to have)
- Grundkenntnisse in Python oder REST (nice to have)
- Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld oder Beratung (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- UnterstĂĽtzung unserer Kunden bei der Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Atlassian-Systeme
- Konfiguration von Jira & Confluence (Cloud & Data Center)
- Umsetzung von Workflows, Screens & Automationen
- Einrichtung von Berechtigungs- und Rollenkonzepten
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei Migrationen (Server → Cloud)
- Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen nach technischer Spezifikation
- DurchfĂĽhrung kleinerer Workshops
- Optional: REST API Nutzung
- Optional: Automatisierungsskripte (Python / Groovy)
- Optional: Support bei Data Center Setups
