Requirements
Must:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration oder etwas Vergleichbares.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration – vor allem im Umgang mit Firewalls.
- Du bist analytisch stark, stressresistent und arbeitest strukturiert.
- Teamgeist und gute Kommunikation zeichnen Dich aus.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server‑ und Client‑Umgebungen (Option A).
- Erfahrung mit Windows Terminal Servern (RDS) (Option A).
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk, Active Directory & SQL (Option A).
- Sicherer Umgang mit Linux‑Systemen (Ubuntu, CentOS) (Option B).
- Erfahrung mit Docker, Tomcat und containerbasierten Umgebungen (Option B).
- Verständnis von Server‑ und Systemadministration im Linux‑Umfeld (Option B).
Responsibilities
- Du ĂĽbernimmst technische Anfragen, die ĂĽber den 1st Level hinausgehen.
- Du analysierst komplexere Störungen, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und unterstützt unsere Anwender entlang des gesamten Prozesses.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams, Entwicklung und externen Dienstleistern gehört für Dich dazu.
- Du administrierst Unternehmensanwendungen, Netzwerkkomponenten und Serverumgebungen.
- Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Lösungskonzepte hältst Du aktuell und verständlich.
- Du unterstützt und schulst unseren 1st-Level-Support, damit alle im Team noch effizienter arbeiten können.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um unsere Infrastruktur und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
