Requirements
Must:
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch, C1/C2)
- Programmierkenntnisse zur Erstellung von Plugins in nolas workspace
- Sicherheit in digitalen Umgebungen und schnelles Einarbeiten in neue Systeme
- Gutes Verständnis für digitale Prozesse und Workflows
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Customer Service von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig und teamorientiert
- Ruhig und lösungsorientiert in stressigen Situationen
- Offen für Neues und Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
Responsibilities
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen
- Entwicklung von Plugins für nolas mit einem SDK
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Video
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Nutzung von nolas workspace und der epostbox
- Durchführung von Schulungen
- Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Steuerung und Begleitung von Prozessen
- Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten im CRM-System
