Requirements
Must:
- University degree (masters or diploma) in computer science, business informatics or comparable subject
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its instance strategy and central modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc.)
- Extensive experience in the design and technical planning of complex ServiceNow architectures, including integration strategies, scalability, security, and data consistency
- Familiarity with best practices for configuration, integration, data management, security and user experience within the platform
- Experience in planning and implementing transitions of existing architectures
- Ability to collaborate closely with IT departments, product teams, and external partners
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall design and technical planning of the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure solutions within the platform architecture are scalable, secure and consistent
- Oversee interoperability with existing IT systems and their integration into the platform
- Manage continuous operation and optimize the platform in collaboration with the MSP
- Define and monitor methodologies for deployments, implementation, monitoring and upgrade cycles
- Ensure business continuity and data management of the platform
- Define standards and best practices for configuration, integration, security, data quality, and user experience
- Identify relevant technologies and plan initiatives for transition and integration into existing architecture
- Act as an interface between IT governance, security, and enterprise architecture
- Conduct training courses to ensure effective use of the platform by all parties involved
- Take a leading role in strategic IT committees for platform development
- Collaborate closely with IT departments and company management to align technical direction with company goals
