Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im einschlägigen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Warehouse-Management, kombiniert mit fundierter IT-Projekterfahrung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS-SQL und XML sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Scripting-Languages (z. B. Visual Basic)
- Erfahrung als Bindeglied zwischen Logistik und IT mit ausgeprägtem Prozess- und Technikverständnis
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, gepaart mit souveränem Auftreten und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Lager und Supply Chain, erfasst Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt sie in funktionale IT-Spezifikationen
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in Logistik- und Warehouse-Prozessen und entwickelst praxisnahe, innovative Lösungen
- Du begleitest die Einführung unserer Warehouse-Management-Software bei Neukunden – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Workshops bis zum Go-Live
- Du steuerst Projekte, planst Meilensteine und übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Zeit
- Du führst Workshops und Schulungen bei Kunden durch, begleitest Rollouts und unterstützt im laufenden Betrieb
