- Interner Kundensupport bei IT-Fragen sowie Betreuung der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleister
- Administration von Clients, Netzwerken, VPN-Verbindungen und Server-Systemen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Roll-out von Hard- und Software
