Requirements
Must:
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT
- 2 – 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support / User Helpdesk / Service Desk
- Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie im Umgang mit Entra ID, PIM, MDM und MFA
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und ein sicherer Umgang mit Hard- & Softwaresupport
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Gute Selbstorganisation und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und bis zu 80 % Homeoffice
- Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache (mind. C1)
Responsibilities
- First- & Second-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden – von Annahme über Analyse bis zur Lösung
- Support in der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Hard- & Softwaresupport inkl. Einrichtung, Aufbau, Konfiguration
- Systematische Störungsanalyse & Weitergabe an Spezialteams oder externe Partner
- Pflege von Dokumentationen und Wissensartikeln
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und Serviceverbesserungen
