Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung, idealerweise ab fünf Jahren
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Go oder Java im Backend
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vue oder React im Frontend
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von REST- oder gRPC-APIs
- Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PostgreSQL, Schema-Design und Performance
- Erfahrung mit Docker, CI/CD und sauberem, wartbarem Code
- Praxis in Cloud-Umgebungen wie GCP oder Azure
- Verständnis für asynchrone Systeme, Events und Worker
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Nice-to-have:
- Erfahrung mit LLMs, Bots oder GenAI-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung mit KI-Architekturen inklusive Workflows, Orchestrierung und produktiver Integration
- Erfahrung mit Pub/Sub, Workflows oder Kubernetes
- Erfahrung mit Embeddings oder Vektordatenbanken
- Interesse an AI-getriebener Produktentwicklung und modernen Developer-Tools wie Cursor
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung individueller Fullstack-Lösungen auf Basis konkreter fachlicher Anforderungen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Backend-Services, APIs und Datenmodellen
- Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung bestehender Go- und Java-Backends
- Entwicklung moderner Web-Oberflächen mit Vue oder React
- Integration von KI-Services wie LLMs, Embeddings und Vektorsuche
- Umsetzung asynchroner Architekturen mit Queues, Events und Workflows
- Arbeit mit Cloud-Infrastruktur auf GCP und Azure, inklusive Cloud Run und Kubernetes
- Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität durch Tests, Code Reviews und CI/CD
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AI-Engineers, Design, Consulting und Kunde
