Requirements
Must:
- College or university degree in IT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Solid understanding of IP networking and routing protocols is essential.
- Strong automation and scripting skills, including experience with API integration.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) on highly complex, global projects.
- Proactivity and team player attitude, with the ability to lead, mentor and collaborate effectively.
- Growth mindset focused on continuous learning, improvement and adaptability to change.
- Passion for the latest technologies and for delivering consumer/business value.
- Aptitude to learn and implement new technologies, with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate cloud-based connectivity solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable communication between cloud workloads, on-premises environments, and enterprise services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform components in a consistent and automated way.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient software delivery, including infrastructure and network changes.
- Develop scripts and automation solutions to manage network configuration, provisioning, and operational processes across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and resilience by implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices.
- Maintain and evolve platform documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve automation, reduce operational overhead, and enhance developer experience.
- Execute stakeholder communication plans, resolves issues, gathers and uses feedback, and strengthens customer and stakeholder relationships.
