Requirements
Must:
- C1 German and C1 English language skills
- 3 years’ experience in information security and ISMS
- Broad technical understanding and knowledge of software development processes/risks
- Knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, KRITIS, ISO27017/19, TISAX etc.
- Cloud security knowledge (especially GCP)
- Independent worker
- Knowledge of GDPR (desired)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO27001 LA, CIPM, etc.) (desired)
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure tools (desired)
- People management experience (desired)
Responsibilities
- Improve information security across all business units
- Enhance the ISMS and support maturity assessments
- Own GRC tasks, including creating & maintaining policies
- Manage compliance topics (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, KRITIS, ISO27017, TISAX)
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers and technical leads
- Oversee supplier/product evaluations and support audits
- Contribute to data compliance and incident management
