Requirements
Must:
- You have C1 German and C1 English language skills
- You have 3 years’ experience in information security and ISMS
- You have a broad technical understanding and knowledge of software development processes/risks
- You have knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, KRITIS, ISO27017/19, TISAX etc.
- You have cloud security knowledge (especially GCP)
- You are an independent worker
- You have knowledge of GDPR (desired)
- You hold relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO27001 LA, CIPM, etc.) (desired)
- You have experience with Terraform or other infrastructure tools (desired)
- You have people management experience (desired)
Responsibilities
- You will improve information security across all business units
- You will enhance the ISMS and support maturity assessments
- You will own GRC tasks, including creating & maintaining policies
- You will manage compliance topics (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, KRITIS, ISO27017, TISAX)
- You will collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers and technical leads
- You will oversee supplier/product evaluations and support audits
- You will contribute to data compliance and incident management
