Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Microsoft Office 365
- Kenntnisse im Active Directory, in aktueller Client-Hardware und Netzwerktechnik
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du bist kommunikativ und teamfähig
Responsibilities
- Unser Helpdesk unterstützt unsere Anwender bei Software- und Hardwarefragen
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsplätzen sowie von Benutzerkonten im Active Directory
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten (PCs, Laptops, iPads, iPhones, Drucker)
- Dokumentation von Anfragen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
- Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen
- Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten wie Rollouts, Migrationen und Systemoptimierungen
