Salesforce Consultant - Service Cloud (f/m/x) - Oberkochen

- A successfully completed studies preferably business informatics, information technology or a technical education in informatics, paired with a passion for service processes, master data and data quality - At least 5 years relevant professional experience, experience in a consultant role is a plus - Experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud and the corresponding processes - Knowledge in SAP Material Master Data is a plus - Strong understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and system architecture - The ability to structure and develop your own frameworks and communicate them in a structured and easy-to-grasp way - A natural interest in state-of-the-art technological developments and a good understanding of the technical feasibility of data-driven products and services - A proven track record of agile project experience and agile project management success stories - Been part of a Salesforce project end-to-end - Excellent English and German skills
