Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung - z. B. Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder Systemintegration.
- Bevorzugt erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich 1st/2nd/3rd Level IT-Support und IT-Service.
- Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, einschließlich Windows, Linux und iOS.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Level B2.
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung.
Responsibilities
- Technische Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Supportanfragen.
- Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level Support - vor Ort und Remote.
- Kleinere Projektverantwortlichkeiten übernehmen.
- Clientinstallation und -administration sowie Userschulungen durchführen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
