Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung nach erfolgreicher Abschlussprüfung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähig, verlässlich und selbstständig sowie strukturiert
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation und Wartung von Hard- und Software
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports und Annahme von Störungen über den IT-Helpdesk
- Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Weiterentwicklung des Client Supports
- Unterstützung und Betreuung des zentralen Clientmanagement-Systems
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Client-Systemen
- Installation und Pflege von Standardsoftware
- Dokumentation der IT-Landschaft und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur durch neue innovative Tools
