Requirements

Must:
- I have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. - I have at least 5 years of professional experience in application management, service management, or IT operations. - I possess sound knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL; a v4 certification is desirable. - I have practical experience in managing application service providers and software providers. - I understand system architectures, data flows, and interfaces. - I have experience with ERP, merchandise management, or SCM systems in retail or logistics. - I handle ticket and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI) confidently. - I am characterized by my analytical, structured, and strong implementation personality. - I have very good German and English skills.

Responsibilities

- I document the application landscape by recording and visualizing all applications, interfaces, and dependencies, including operator, license, and support information. - I analyze the stability, scalability, and maturity of the applications, defining KPIs and service levels for performance measurement. - I ensure the operation and support for applications in purchasing, logistics, merchandise management, HR, and finance, including incident, problem, change, and release management. - I manage internal and external partners and maintain operational, service, and emergency documentation. - I develop and maintain an application service catalog and monitor service quality and SLAs. - I initiate improvement measures and advise the specialist departments on service quality, release planning, and lifecycle management.
