Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field
- Several years experience in credit management, credit analysis or equipment finance
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
- Experience with dealer/distributor business models
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the global wholesale credit portfolio across WIRTGEN GROUP dealers in alignment with the respective credit policies
- Conduct financial statement analysis of dealers, including liquidity, leverage, profitability, and cash flow evaluations
- Evaluate dealer business models, market environments, and operational stability to determine creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit assessments and recommendations for decision-making
- Monitor credit utilization, dealer performance, and early-warning indicators
- Coordinate with Sales Regions, Dealer Development, Controlling, and JDF credit teams
