Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen der Benutzer
- Diagnostik und Lösung von technischen Problemen im First Level Support
- Dokumentation der Anfragen und Lösungen in unserem Ticketsystem
- Unterstützung der Benutzer bei Software- und Hardwarefragen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Eskalation komplexer Probleme
