Requirements
Must:
- Degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar) or a comparable qualification with service experience
- Several years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- Strong customer and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Very good written and spoken English and German; other foreign languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 %)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with sound technical understanding
- Customer-centric and sustainable growth-oriented mindset
- Solution-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and colleagues regarding AGT service business
- Develop the team and AGTs service business globally
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business development
- Responsible for technical and disciplinary management of the service team in cooperation with regional service colleagues
- Work closely with global sales colleagues and engage in proactive sales to ensure sustainable growth
- Safeguard technical, commercial, and organizational service processes from customer inquiries to invoicing
- Responsible for the strategic and operational development of global service activities
- Set up and support regional service networks, train partners, and service personnel
- Analyze regional markets and customer requirements, deriving measures to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
