Requirements
Must:
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst, Integrationsarchitekt oder in ähnlicher Rolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), API-Design und Event-basierter Integration
- Verständnis von REST, SOAP, Messaging (Kafka, MQ), Event-Driven Architecture, Cloud-/Hybrid-Integration sowie ETL/ELT-Basics
- Praxis in der Einführung und im Betrieb von Integrationsplattformen (z.B. MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite, Informatica, Boomi, Azure/AWS)
- Kenntnisse in API-Management (OAuth4, OIDC, Rate Limiting, Versionierung)
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Enterprise-IT-Landschaften (ERP, CRM, PIM, MDM)
- Strukturierte, selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starker Analytik und Kommunikation
- Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für Vision, Strategie, Einführung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Integrationsplattform
- Definition der Integrationsarchitektur und Standards für API-, Event- und Systemintegration in Abgleich mit Enterprise Architect
- Aufbau, Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs für Integrationsservices, APIs, Events und Konnektoren
- Überführung geschäftlicher Anforderungen in Integrationsanforderungen (Fachbereiche, IT, Architektur)
- Etablierung von Integrations-Governance (Namenskonventionen, Versionierung, Security, Logging, Monitoring)
- Steuerung interner/externer Entwicklungsteams mit Fokus auf Qualität, Wiederverwendbarkeit und Stabilität
- Schnittstelle zu Enterprise Architects, Security, Data Platform und Applikationsverantwortlichen
- Förderung moderner Integrationskultur und Best Practices im Unternehmen
- Leitung von IT-Projekten inklusive Stakeholder-Management, Anforderungsaufnahme und Fortschrittskommunikation
