Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf IT-Governance, Compliance, Problemmanagement und Prozessdigitalisierung.
- Erfahrung in der Einführung und Anwendung von Prozessmanagement-Tools sowie in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
- Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.
Responsibilities
- IT-Governance & Regulatorik stärken: Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Governance-Strukturen gestalten und sicherstellen, dass regulatorische Vorgaben sowie interne und externe Compliance-Anforderungen eingehalten werden.
- Strukturiertes Problemmanagement aufbauen: Zentral beteiligt am Aufbau und der Etablierung eines systematischen Problemmanagements, um die Stabilität und Qualität unserer IT-Services nachhaltig zu steigern.
- Bankprozesse digitalisieren: Gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen die Digitalisierung unserer Bankprozesse vorantreiben und diese in unserem Prozessmanagement-Tool pflegen.
- IT-Allrounder mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Flexible Übernahme verschiedener Aufgaben im IT-Bereich und proaktive Mitgestaltung bei neuen Herausforderungen.
