Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM Consultant / HR-IT-Spezialist
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM (PA, OM, idealerweise Payroll)
- Starkes Prozess- und Systemverständnis im HR-Umfeld
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities
- Fachliche Beratung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Landschaft (SAP HCM)
- Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
- Mitarbeit in Transformations- und S/4HANA-Projekten
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und SAP-Partner
- HR-Reports und Management-Auswertungen
- Optional: operative Nähe zu Payroll und Personalprozessen

Wir sind ein etabliertes Unternehmen in Westfalen und suchen einen SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) für eine zentrale Rolle im HR-IT-Umfeld.
