Requirements
Must:
- Completed technical or business degree or comparable knowledge and experience in the field of POS software acquired through practical experience
- Proven experience with Vectron POS software
- Very good technical understanding
- Experience in agile working methods according to Scrum
- Strong communication skills and experience in mediating between different interest groups
- Analytical, goal- and solution-oriented approach to work
- High reliability, initiative, and strong team spirit
- Experience as a product owner and/or relevant qualifications are an advantage
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good to very good English skills
Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for the technical design and further development of the product roadmap in line with company and market requirements
- Management of product implementation according to agile principles (Scrum) with a focus on maximum customer benefit and sustainable product quality
- Close strategic cooperation with product management, development, and other stakeholders to coordinate goals, priorities, and solutions
- Responsibility for prioritizing and continuously developing the product backlog in line with clearly defined product goals and releases
- Translation of strategic and technical requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strategic planning, management, and support for the introduction of new features and services, including go-to-market support
