Für die Position als SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) erwarten wir von Ihnen tiefgreifende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich SAP HCM. Darüber hinaus setzen wir voraus, dass Sie mit den entsprechenden Modulen und Prozessen vertraut sind. Eine analytische Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur Lösung von komplexen Herausforderungen sind uns ebenfalls wichtig.

In Ihrer neuen Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Optimierung unserer SAP HCM Systeme. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln. Zudem wird es Ihre Aufgabe sein, Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeiter zu organisieren und sicherzustellen, dass die Systeme effizient genutzt werden.
