Responsibilities
- Planung und Durchführung des Systemrollouts auf Anwender- und Projektebene
- Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Begleitung der Softwareentwicklung für neue Komponenten bzw. Funktionen im regulierten Bereich
- Third-Level-Support der entwickelten Softwarekomponenten (Remote)
- Toolgestützte Abarbeitung von Support/Service-Requests und Incidents
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung zur Lösungserarbeitung
