- Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im IT-technischen Bereich
- Erfahrung mit MS SQL oder MongoDB
- systemisch-analytisches Verständnis in Verbindung mit einer hohen Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- eigenverantwortliche Denkweise mit der Leidenschaft für gute Ergebnisse
Responsibilities
- Durchführung des Systemrollouts auf Systemebene (u.a. MS SQL, MongoDB)
- Begleitung der Softwareentwicklung für neue Komponenten bzw. Funktionen im regulierten Bereich
- Third-Level-Support der entwickelten Softwarekomponenten
- Toolgestützte Abarbeitung von Support/Service-Requests und Incidents
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung und den Application Specialists zur Lösungserarbeitung
