IT Program Manager (f/m/d)

- Minimum of 4 years experience in Energy Trading IT - Minimum of 4 years ETRM experience - Minimum of 5 years project management experience - A passion for combining Business and IT and driving change forward - Several years of professional experience in a similar function (i.e. Team Lead, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager), preferably in the energy sector - University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, a digital area, or equivalent professional experience - Long-term professional experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions - Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner - An integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively implement change and manage stakeholders - Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills - Must have worked with and steered offshore teams - Must have owned significant project deliverables in large programs - Strong team player with experience in an international team - Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills, and IT affinity - Ability to work independently and within a team while accepting responsibility - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and conflict resolution - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus - Several years of experience with ETRM (Endur) is a plus - Experience with short-term trading IT (Dispatch systems) is a plus - Experience with North American Gas and Power is a plus - Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
