Requirements
Must:
- Diploma or master’s degree (ideally in the field of information technology) or comparable through experience
- Very good understanding of the chemical business and production processes
- Profound experience in IT processes and projects
- Profound experience in successful project management
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Very good knowledge in manufacturing and laboratory management systems
- Very good knowledge of collaboration tools (DevOPS)
- Project management skills
- Data analysis skills
- Resource management skills
- Fluent in English; fluent in German is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical issues clearly and structured in front of senior management
- Excellent leadership skills and intercultural behavior
- Stress resilient and willing to travel
Responsibilities
As a Business IT Manager for PMC and FCS, my purpose is to ensure that our business applications and corporate services effectively support our business goals and operations. This involves working closely with the Business Applications Solutions teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and that business needs are adequately addressed.
I will support the development of our BU's strategic IT plan and roadmap globally, ensuring that PMC/FCS requirements are considered in IT projects. Acting as an interface between the functional areas of our BU and the business application solution teams, I will also take on the change manager role in large projects to ensure that solutions are utilized within the BU. Additionally, I will highlight and enable new IT technology trends within the business units. My detailed tasks will encompass:

- Cybersecurity and Compliance
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement
