Requirements
Must:
- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation/Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Betrieb, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt- oder Fertigungsindustrie
- Proaktiver Problem-Solver, der eigenständig unter Termindruck und in einem regulierten Umfeld (Compliance) arbeitet
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte für das Management und die Belegschaft verständlich aufzubereiten
- Bereitschaft zur standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und zu Einsätzen außerhalb der Kernarbeitszeiten bei kritischen Systemwartungen
Responsibilities
- Überwachung und Wartung der lokalen Server-/Client-Landschaften (Windows/Dell), Netzwerke (TCP/IP, DNS, AD) und Storage-Lösungen (SAN/NAS)
- Leitung lokaler ERP-Optimierungsprojekte und Digitalisierungsinitiativen zur Steigerung der Fertigungseffizienz
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter vor Ort und im Home-Office; Verantwortung für das Hardware-Deployment (Imaging, MFA, Verschlüsselung) sowie das Ticketing-System
- Aufrechterhaltung der Cyber Essentials-Zertifizierungen und Sicherstellung der Konformität aller IT-Prozesse mit den EASA/LBA Part-IS Richtlinien
- Abstimmung der lokalen IT-Strategie mit den globalen Triumph IT-Standards und gelegentliche Unterstützung unserer Standorte in Frankreich
- Verantwortlich für IT-Beschaffung, Software-Lizenzierung und die Eliminierung von Shadow IT
