Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience managing enterprise applications (ERP, MES, CRM)
- Proven leadership of cross-functional and international teams
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration standards, and lifecycle management
- Experience in IT governance, portfolio planning, and vendor management
- Ability to align IT solutions with business strategy and drive process optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic, collaborative mindset with a focus on value creation
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in intercultural teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic interface between IT and business functions to ensure enterprise applications support operational and strategic goals
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital enablement
- Lead a team of functional experts and business partners across ERP, MES, CRM, and other core platforms
- Act as a key contributor in IT governance forums, supporting portfolio planning, budgeting, and vendor management
- Drive standardization and harmonization of enterprise applications across all sites
- Oversee lifecycle management of applications, including roadmap planning, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Own the demand intake and prioritization process for application-related initiatives
- Monitor performance and value realization of application investments, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Ensure effective governance of application architecture, data models, and integration standards in collaboration with enterprise architecture
