Requirements
Must:
- Training in the IT field or many years of professional experience
- Strong technical understanding, independent working style, high quality awareness, and strong service orientation
- Very good understanding of users daily IT questions
- Knowledge of supporting VoIP telephone systems
- Team-oriented and proactive approach to work, as well as high resilience
- Reliability, flexibility, high motivation, and commitment
Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, and documentation of our IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange Server, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewall, backup)
- Technical support for employees
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems
- Support/administration of TEAMS applications - telephony and video conferencing
- Management of user accounts and access rights
- Planning, development, and improvement of the IT infrastructure
