Requirements
Must:
- Mindestens 3-jährige kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, bspw. zum Fachinformatiker
- Gerne Berufseinsteiger
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kontaktfreude
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und hohes Engagement
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- 1st und 2nd level support
- Administration von Applikationsservern
- Netzwerkbetreuung
- Bearbeitung von Tickets mit Hilfe des Ticketsystems
- Grundinstallation und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen (Laptop, Workstations, VoIP Telefone etc.)
- Softwareinstallation
- Bearbeitung von Störungen der IT-Infrastruktur
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Netzwerk, Datenbank etc.)
- Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Umsetzung der Vorgaben der Muttergesellschaft
