Requirements
Must:
- Degree in computer science or comparable training.
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Very good PowerShell skills.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
- Knowledge of API integration and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, JSON, Python is an advantage).
- Experience in scripting (Java, Glide API, PowerShell), Flow Designer, CSS, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD) are desirable.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure/Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Knowledge of security and compliance issues (e.g., RBAC, MFA, etc.).
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
Responsibilities
- Administration and further development of ServiceNow:
- Creation and adaptation of workflows, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and UI policies.
- Integration of external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimization of existing processes and automation of recurring tasks.
- Maintenance and adaptation of the service catalog.
- Collaboration in the maintenance and optimization of the CMDB data model.
- Collaboration in the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications (Intune, Sentinel, Azure/Entra, Microsoft AD, etc.).
- Automation of user and group processes.
- Development and maintenance of scripts for automating routine tasks.
- Creation of reporting and monitoring solutions.
- Integration of PowerShell routines into ServiceNow Mid servers, Entra ID (Azure), and other tools.
- Transferring the functionalities of the BeNu tool (in-house development) to Microsoft, IAM tools, and ServiceNow standards.
- Creation of technical documentation and operating manuals.
- 2nd/3rd level support for ITSM tools and interfaces.
