Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung im IT Dienstleister Umfeld oder in der Betreuung von IT Umgebungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows Server und Active Directory
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Backup und Firewall
- Azure Kenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft, sich dort reinzuarbeiten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
- Führerschein Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT Infrastrukturen im Mittelstand
- Administration von Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory und Azure
- Umsetzung von Projekten wie Migrationen und Systemeinführungen
- Betreuung von Virtualisierung, Backup und Netzwerksicherheit
- Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung von Problemen
- Saubere und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
